| 摘要 |
目的 研究肿瘤化疗患者留置PICC致不同程度皮肤过敏患者的护理效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的肿瘤化疗患者60例进行研究，随机式分组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行不同程度皮肤过敏患者个体化护理。对比两组护理的有效率。结果 观察组护理有效率偏高（P<0.05）。结论 肿瘤化疗患者留置PICC致患者皮肤过敏的情况不一，实施不同程度皮肤护理，可提供个体服务，提升护理有效性并体现护理的人文化。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the nursing outcomes of patients with varying degrees of skin allergy caused by PICC catheter placement in cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods A total of 60 cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group received routine care, while the observation group received individualized care tailored to patients with different levels of skin allergy. The effectiveness of the two groups care was compared. Results The nursing effectiveness rate in the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of skin allergies in cancer chemotherapy patients due to PICC catheter placement varies. Implementing individualized care at different levels can provide personalized services, enhance the effectiveness of nursing care, and reflect a more humanistic approach to nursing.
