下颌升支矢状劈开术为多种类型牙颌面畸形治疗中常用方法，能够切开下颌骨升支矢状平面，对下颌骨进行垂直向和水平向的截骨，调整下颌骨的位置和形状，改善面部外观和咬合功能。在手术过程中，需要采取有效护理措施，降低护理风险，促进康复。文中对下颌升支矢状劈开术的常规护理与不足、手术室优质护理应用于下颌升支矢状劈开术患者中的优势等进行了分析，并探讨了下颌升支矢状劈开术的手术室优质护理措施及效果分析，如下。

| Abstract |
Mandibular ramus sagittal split surgery is a commonly used method for the treatment of various types of dental and maxillofacial deformities. It can incise the sagittal plane of the mandibular ramus, perform vertical and horizontal osteotomy of the mandible, adjust the position and shape of the mandible, and improve facial appearance and bite function. During the surgical process, effective nursing measures need to be taken to reduce nursing risks and promote recovery. The article analyzes the routine nursing and shortcomings of mandibular ramus sagittal split surgery, as well as the advantages of high-quality nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing mandibular ramus sagittal split surgery. It also explores the measures and effects of high-quality nursing in the operating room for mandibular ramus sagittal split surgery, as follows.
