Objective To explore the practical effect of evidence-based nursing model applied in the clinical nursing process of patients with spinal fractures. Methods 80 patients with spinal fractures who received treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group patients were treated with conventional nursing mode, while the observation group patients were treated with evidence-based nursing mode. Multiple indicators such as pain level, incidence of complications, rehabilitation effect, and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results The pain relief level of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the rehabilitation effect score was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing model can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with spinal fractures, reduce the risk of complications, significantly improve rehabilitation outcomes, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing services.
