【摘要】目的：分析临床心理护理程序对食管癌患者的效果及精神状态的影响。方法：选定本院2018年9月至2020年9月住院治疗的92例食管癌患者，以“单盲随机抽样法”分组，参照组46例采纳传统护理，实验组46例在参照组基础上采纳临床心理护理程序，对比两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、RPFS评分、PSQI评分、护理满意度。结果：实验组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分、RPFS评分、PSQI评分均低于参照组，实验组护理满意度（95.65%）高于参照组（71.74%），差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：临床心理护理程序可有效减轻食管癌患者不良情绪及癌因性疲乏，提高满意度，值得借鉴。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of clinical psychological nursing program on patients with esophageal cancer and mental state. Methods: 92 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by "single blind random sampling method". 46 cases in the reference group were treated with traditional nursing, and 46 cases in the experimental group were treated with clinical psychological nursing procedures on the basis of the reference group. HAMA score, HAMD score, RPFS score, PSQI score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the HAMA score, HAMD score, RPFS score and PSQI score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group (95.65%) was higher than that of the reference group (71.74%). The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical psychological nursing program can effectively reduce the adverse emotions and cancer-related fatigue of patients with esophageal cancer, and improve satisfaction, which is worthy of reference.
