| 摘要 |
分析对脑出血手术患者应用加速康复外科护理的临床效果。方法 收集2020年8月-2021年8月来我院进行治疗的脑出血患者，从中选择80例进行手术的患者作为研究对象，进行研究。根据抽签法，将所有患者分为对照组和实验组，每组各40例，对照组应用临床传统护理，实验组应用加速康复外科护理，对比两组患者的心理状态评分、NIHSS评分、并发症情况，分析护理效果。结果 实验组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；实验组患者并发症情况和心理状态评分均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 对脑出血手术患者应用FTS理念护理，可以显著改善患者心理状态和神经功能，缓解临床症状，让患者以轻松的心态接受治疗，建议临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Patients with cerebral hemorrhage who came to our hospital for treatment from August 2020 to August 2021 were collected, and 80 patients who underwent surgery were selected as the research objects. According to the method of drawing lots, all patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group, the control group applied clinical traditional nursing, the experimental group applied accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing, compared the two groups of patients psychological state score, NIHSS score, complications, analysis of nursing effect. Results: NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; The complications and psychological status score of the experimental group were better than that of the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of FTS concept nursing for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the psychological state and neurological function of patients, relieve clinical symptoms, and let patients receive treatment with a relaxed attitude, suggesting clinical promotion.
