摘要	本文主要对前额叶脑电图α波偏侧性及其与抑郁症的严重程度相关性及对抗抑郁药物疗效的评估的理论研究概况，阐述脑电图在抑郁症患者及正常人群对照组的异质性，以及其对抗抑郁疗效的评估作用，并介绍其研究方向及发展。
Abstract	In this paper, we mainly reviewed the theoretical research situation of alpha wave laterality of prefrontal electroencephalogram and its correlation with the severity of depression and the evaluation of antidepressant efficacy. We expounded the heterogeneity of electroencephalogram in patients with depression and the control group of normal people, as well as its evaluation effect on antidepressant effect, and introduced its research direction and development
