| 摘要 |
本研究采用主成分分析法对北京市16个行政区2015至2023年的11个经济指标进行了综合评价，将行政区划分为四大类别。研究发现，海淀区和朝阳区经济综合实力最高，而延庆区最低。区域经济差异主要受地理、区位、科技因素和人口分布的影响。提出了增强总部经济战略意识、制定政策措施、培育发展环境等建议，以促进北京市经济均衡发展。

| Abstract |
This study employs principal component analysis to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of 11 economic indicators for 16 administrative districts in Beijing spanning from 2015 to 2023, categorizing the districts into four major groups. The study reveals that Haidian District and Zhaoyang District possess the highest economic comprehensive strength, whereas Yanqing District ranks the lowest. Regional economic disparities are primarily influenced by factors such as geography, location, technological factors, and population distribution. Suggestions are put forward, including enhancing strategic awareness of the headquarters economy, formulating policy measures, and cultivating a development environment, to promote balanced economic development in Beijing.
