本文通过论述海外流散文物的历史背景和现状，探讨流散文物传统的回归方式及难点，并提出新的回归方式——价值回归。文章对价值回归的定义及可行性进行分析讨论，以创办的圆明园流散文物图片复制展为例，证明其合理性与必要性。

| Abstract |
This paper discusses the historical background and current situation of overseas scattered cultural relics, discusses the traditional regression methods and difficulties of scattered cultural relics, and puts forward a new regression method--value regression. The article analyzes and discusses the definition and feasibility of value regression, and takes the photo copy exhibition of the scattered cultural relics in the Old Summer Palace as an example to prove its rationality and necessity.
