【摘要】目的：探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎采用低温等离子射频消融术辅助鼻内镜治疗的疗效及对患者心理的影响。方法：本文将2019年2月至2020年2月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者90例作为研究对象，对所有患者按照随机方式进行分组，对照组45例患者采用鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗，观察组45例患者采用低温等离子射频消融术辅助鼻内镜治疗，对所有患者实施心理干预，统计分析治疗后有效率、干预前后SAS评分、SDS评分、SNOT-20评分、VAS评分、Lund-Kennedy评分及并发症发生情况。结果：两组之间SAS评分、SDS评分、SNOT-20评分、VAS评分、Lund-Kennedy评分及并发症发生情况相比，观察组较对照组低；治疗后有效率相比，观察组较对照组高，P＜0.05。结论：对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用鼻内镜治疗的同时配合低温等离子射频消融术治疗，并给予患者心理干预可提高治疗效果，改善患者心理状况与嗅觉功能、鼻腔鼻窦功能，减轻疼痛程度，降低相关并发症的发生。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation assisted with nasal endoscopy in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and its psychological impact. Methods: 90 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and all patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) Before and after treatment, the effective rate, SAS score, SDS score, SNOT-20 score, VAS score, Lund Kennedy score and complications were statistically analyzed. Results: SAS score, SDS score, SNOT-20 score, VAS score, Lund Kennedy score and complications between the two groups were lower than those in the control group; the effective rate after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: endoscopic therapy combined with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation and psychological intervention for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis can improve the treatment effect, improve the psychological status, olfactory function, nasal cavity and sinus function, reduce the degree of pain and reduce the incidence of related complications.
