| 摘要 |
在新时代背景下，教育事业改革已经成为国家建设与发展的重要战略方针，其中辅导员管理工作在教育事业改革中尤为重要，对辅导员的能力、素质等也提出了更高的要求。对此，辅导员需要坚持以学生为中心，明确班级管理的重要价值，不断创新辅导员管理理念、管理方式，有效解决当前高校班级管理中存在的实际问题，为学生的成长与发展提供支持与帮助。本文以本科护理学生的辅导员管理工作为研究对象，重点落实“五管理五实现”理念，从而有效提升班级管理质量，为国家和社会培育具有专业技能、人文关怀和终身学习能力的护理人才。

| Abstract |
In the new era, educational reform has become a crucial strategic approach for national construction and development. Among these reforms, counselor management plays a particularly significant role, imposing higher requirements on counselors abilities and qualities. In response, counselors need to adhere to the student-centered approach, clarify the important value of class management, continuously innovate counselor management concepts and methods, and effectively address the practical issues existing in current university class management, thereby providing support and assistance for students growth and development. This paper focuses on the counselor management of undergraduate nursing students, emphasizing the implementation of the "Five Managements and Five Achievements" concept to effectively enhance the quality of class management and cultivate nursing talents with professional skills, humanistic care, and lifelong learning abilities for the country and society.
