Red culture is an advanced cultural complex that was gradually formed and developed by the Chinese Communist Party under the leadership of the Chinese people under the guidance of Marxism in the historical process of the new democratic revolution, socialist revolution and construction, and reform and opening up. It reflects the ideals, values, fine traditions and spiritual outlook of the party. It is the cohesion of the revolutionary spirit of the Communist Party of China and the cultural product of the sinicization of Marxism.[1-2] Liaoning is the starting point of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the turning point of the War of Liberation, the source of the national anthem of New China, the place where the Korean War was launched, the founding base of the Republic of Chinas industry and the birthplace of the Lei Feng spirit. The "six places" are the concentrated condensation of Liaonings red history, red stories, red spirit and other red cultural resources, nourishing the ideals and beliefs of Liaonings children.[3-9] As an important city in Northeast China, Dalian has rich red cultural resources, and integrating them with Japanese characteristics helps to enhance the appeal of culture. This integration can promote cultural exchange and understanding, and is also an important part of the construction of the "East Asian Cultural Capital". It helps to condense the common values of East Asia and promote world peace and development.
