This article examines the current state of Qiaopi (Overseas Chinese Remittance Documents) culture dissemination in Spanish-speaking nations and its promotional avenues within the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Qiaopi, a cherished aspect of Chinese culture, embodies rich historical and cultural significance; however, its promotion in Spanish-speaking regions remains inadequate. Through detailed research, issues such as constrained promotional channels, repetitive content, and inadequate outcomes have been identified, prompting the proposal of targeted improvement measures. The article advocates for the amplification of Qiaopi cultures influence and recognition in Spanish-speaking countries by diversifying promotional platforms, enriching promotional narratives, fostering Sino-Spanish cultural exchanges and interactions, and refining professional training. These strategies aim to seamlessly integrate Qiaopi culture into the "Belt and Road" initiative, establishing it as a pivotal bridge for cultural exchanges between China and Spain. The implementation of these measures is anticipated to facilitate deeper cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and Spain, thereby further elevating the prominence of Chinese culture.
