| 摘要 |
加快推进乡村治理现代化是实现乡村振兴的题中应有之义，基层协商民主是现代化社会治理体系中不可或缺的重要环节。基层协商民主内在地包含了民主、协商、共治、共享等价值理念，与乡村治理现代化的政治定向、发展方向与内在要求高度契合。协商民主在乡村治理中的应用不仅是解决乡村治理问题的过程，更是构建科学高效的乡村治理体系的重要途径，其有效运行为乡村治理现代化提供了重要的制度保障与持续发展的动力支持。

| Abstract |
Accelerating the modernization of rural governance is an essential part of rural revitalization, and grassroots consultative democracy is an important and indispensable part of a modernized social governance system. Grassroots consultative democracy inherently contains the values of democracy, consultation, shared governance and sharing, and is highly compatible with the political orientation, development direction and inherent requirements of rural governance modernization. The application of consultative democracy in rural governance is not only a process of solving rural governance problems, but also an important way to build a scientific and efficient rural governance system, and its effective operation provides an important institutional guarantee for the modernization of rural governance as well as a driving force for sustainable development.
