本论文以辽宁文化国际传播效能提升为核心问题，通过分析辽宁对外话语翻译问题，解决翻译质量不足现状，提出构建术语语料库的策略。该策略能帮助译员们形成行业标准，减少对外翻译的理解错误与重复，最终达到提升辽宁文化国际传播效能，助力文化强国战略的目的。

| Abstract |
This paper focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of Liaoning’s cultural international communication by analyzing issues in the translation of Liaonings external discourse and addressing the current deficiencies in translation quality. It proposes the establishment of a terminology corpus as a strategic solution. This strategy helps translators develop industry standards, minimize misinterpretations and redundancy in external translation, and ultimately improve the effectiveness of Liaoning’s cultural international communication, contributing to the cultural power strategy.
