Modern Social Science Research

In the context of the new era, the aging trend of Chinas population is accelerating, and communities, as important arenas for addressing aging issues, face numerous governance challenges. From the perspective of macro social work, this paper systematically analyzes the current status and underlying causes of community aging governance. By integrating theories of collaborative governance and social support networks, it explores the dilemmas and breakthrough paths in community aging governance. Based on the research, countermeasures and suggestions centered on the "Five-Society Linkage" are proposed. By optimizing resource integration mechanisms and multi-agent collaborative governance models, the overall effectiveness of community governance can be significantly enhanced. The study demonstrates that building age-friendly communities can effectively promote the transformation of grassroots social governance, providing important references and practical support for addressing community aging issues in the new era.
