摘要
本文基于系统论视角,以“驱动-主导-支持-评价”四大子系统为支撑,构建了开放大学实践教学体系框架,并明确了实践教学的观念、目标、课程、理念、过程、管理、保障和评价七个核心要素。“以产业需求为导向,问题驱动,职业胜任力为目标,共建共享资源体系”是开放大学实践教学革新道路的实践路径建议,为我国开放大学提升实践教学质量,造就高素质应用型人才提供了理论依据及实践参考。
Abstract
Based on the perspective of system theory, this paper constructs the practical teaching system framework of Open University, which is supported by the four subsystems of “Drive-leading-support-evaluation”, and the concept of practical teaching, objectives, curriculum, philosophy, process, management, security and evaluation of the seven core elements. “Industry demand-oriented, problem-driven, professional competency as the goal, co-construction and sharing of resources, system” is the practical path of Open University practice teaching reform, it provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for our open universities to improve the quality of practical teaching and cultivate high-quality applied talents.
