文章以“泉州:宋元中国的世界海洋商贸中心”的官网文本和英国巴斯、爱丁堡,美国费城三座世遗城市的网媒对外宣传资料作为平行文本,从话语内容、诉求策略、话语建构、美学手段等视角对比国内外世遗城市宣介文本的修辞差异,从翻译修辞视角提出我国世遗之城的对外翻译传播策略,为提升中国文化软实力提供借鉴。

| Abstract |
This study conducts a contrastive rhetoric analysis of parallel texts comprising the official website of “Quanzhou: Emporium of the world in Song-Yuan China” and digital promotional materials from three UNESCO World Heritage Cities: Bath and Edinburgh and Philadelphia. By comparing their rhetorical differences across dimensions such as content, appeal strategies, discursive patterns, and rhetorical devices, the research explores translational rhetoric strategies for optimizing the global dissemination of Chinese World Heritage cities, thereby offering insights to the enhancement of China’s cultural soft power.
