Promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture is a significant contribution of Xi Jinpings cultural thought. Traditional Chinese integrity culture is an important part of Chinas excellent traditional culture. The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes, "It is necessary to strengthen the construction of a clean culture in the new era, and educate and guide the people across the country to be honest and upright in their conduct and to do things in a clean and proper manner." This statement points out the direction for the construction of a clean culture in higher vocational colleges. This article elaborates on the importance of constructing a clean culture in higher vocational colleges: it is conducive to cultivating high-quality skilled talents with a spirit of integrity and self-discipline, and at the same time, it can provide support and safeguards for the construction of a clean and honest party government.
