摘要
教学质量保障体制的完善,关系到独立学院的办学质量和办学定位,而学生评教体系又成为了目前高校开展教学质量监控最普遍的抓手,因此学生评教指标系统的构建和完善就显得更为关键。本文基于目前国内高校中普遍现行的“以学生为中心”的核心教育理念,发掘其中的学生评教指标体系构建的过程中存在的问题,并利用文献研究法、问卷调查法、座谈法等方法,对独立学院W学院现行的学生评教工作进行分析,对当前的学生评教指标体系进行问题诊断,发现了一些在高校学生评教中阻碍“以学生为中心”评教指标体系构建的核心问题,并针对这些问题,就如何建立“以学生为中心”的学生评教理念提出建议和改进措施,为国内独立学院“以学生为中心”教育理念下的学生评教指标体系的构建及完善贡献一份力量。
Abstract
The enhancement of the teaching quality assurance system is crucial for the academic standards and strategic direction of independent colleges. With the student evaluation system becoming the most widely used tool for monitoring teaching quality in higher education, the development and refinement of this system are paramount. This paper, grounded in the widely adopted “student-centered” educational philosophy in Chinese universities, investigates the challenges encountered in constructing a student evaluation index system. Employing methods such as literature review, questionnaire surveys, and focus group discussions, it analyzes the current student evaluation practices at Independent College W, identifies the key issues hindering the establishment of a “student-centered” evaluation system, and suggests ways to foster this approach in student evaluations. The paper aims to make a significant contribution to the development and enhancement of the student evaluation index system under the “student-centered” educational philosophy in Chinese independent colleges.
