| 摘要 |
我们生活在信息的时代，但却难以言明信息的本质；我们时时刻刻都接触到信息，但却不知道信息是什么。之所以如此，并非人们不关注信息和信息的本质。恰恰相反，自上世纪中叶“信息论”和“控制论”的创立将信息纳入科学研究的视域以来，人们对信息的科学研究以及随之而来的哲学研究就从来没有停止过。几十年来，这些研究为信息增添了上百种各式各样的定义，但同时也越发增加了人们心中的疑惑。在这种背景下，一门以信息冠名、并将信息作为主要研究对象的哲学分支——信息哲学，在人类社会即将进入21世纪时诞生了。

| Abstract |
We live in the age of information, yet it is difficult to articulate the essence of information; we are constantly exposed to information, yet we do not know what information is. The reason for this is not due to a lack of interest in information and its essence. On the contrary, since the mid-20th century, with the founding of "information theory" and "cybernetics," which brought information into the realm of scientific research, the scientific study of information and the subsequent philosophical research has never ceased. Over the decades, these studies have added hundreds of various definitions of information, but they have also increasingly added to peoples confusion. Against this backdrop, a philosophical branch named after information—information philosophy, with information as its main subject of study—was born as human society was about to enter the 21st century.
