“在家”养老：人类学视野下社区养老在西藏拉萨的实践

| 摘要 |
随着社会和人口结构的变迁，西藏城镇老人的养老问题日益突出。有这样一群老年人，他们因家庭结构单一、变故或子女因工作等原因缺失家庭养老支持，而进入社区养老服务系统。本文旨在通过人类学的田野调查，以老人和护工的互动过程为主要视角，深描社区养老在拉萨的实践，为进一步的研究提供基础。

| Abstract |
With the change of society and population structure, the problem of providing for the elderly in urban areas of Xizang has become increasingly prominent. There are such a group of elderly people, due to family changes, single structure or children due to work and other reasons can not provide daily care, resulting in lack of family support, into the community pension service system. This paper aims to deeply describe the practice of community care for the elderly in Lhasa, Tibet, mainly from the perspective of the interaction between the elderly group and the caregiver through the anthropological field investigation method, in order to provide a basis for further research.
