| 摘要 |
自公共事件频繁发生以来，非营利组织和志愿者的作用开始受到广泛关注，志愿者队伍迅速壮大，志愿服务逐渐成为社会生活的一部分。面对这样的背景，非营利组织如何实现可持续发展，以及如何有效管理志愿者以提供高质量的服务，成为了重要课题。本文以长沙青年志愿者协会为例，对志愿者管理存在问题进行探究，并提出意见和对策。

| Abstract |
Since the frequent occurrence of public events, the role of non-profit organizations and volunteers has begun to receive widespread attention, the volunteer team has grown rapidly, and volunteer service has gradually become a part of social life. Faced with such a background, how non-profit organizations can achieve sustainable development and how to effectively manage volunteers to provide high-quality services have become important topics. Taking the Changsha Youth Volunteer Association as an example, this paper explores the problems of volunteer management and puts forward opinions and countermeasures.
