应用型本科教学质量保障体系探析

摘要
高校以科学性和合理性为导向构建教学质量保障机制,不断完善应用型人才培养目标。应用型本科旨在打造实践能力强,具备创新活力的高级专业技术人才,但目前学界尚未形成统一的质量标准。本文提出以人的全面发展观为目标,全面质量管理(TQM)理论为基础,构建个性化教学质量保障体系。在实践层面,借助大数据、信息技术等手段,引入ISO 9001标准和教育评价理论,强化“以人为本”的教育理念,通过制度建设和信息化手段,提升教育教学质量。
Abstract
Establishing a scientifically sound and reasonable quality assurance system for teaching is of great significance in cultivating high-quality applied talents. Applied undergraduate education aims to nurture senior technical professionals with practical skills and an innovative spirit, yet the academic community has yet to form a unified set of quality standards. This paper proposes to build a personalized quality assurance system for teaching based on the goal of human comprehensive development and the theory of Total Quality Management (TQM). In practice, it leverages big data, information technology, and other means, introduces ISO 9001 standards and educational evaluation theories, reinforces the people-oriented educational philosophy, and enhances the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance system through institutional construction and information technology.
