| 摘要 |
未成年人是社会主义的未来接班人，其自身成长发展不仅仅关系着一个家庭的悲喜，同样影响着社会未来发展前景和国家民族的伟大复兴。在未成年人犯罪率逐年递增的趋势下，未成年人犯罪预防工作将是社会、法律等相关工作的关注重点。深入分析未成年人犯罪的特点及未成年人犯罪预防研究的现状，通过对笔者多年律师从业经历中相关法律服务实践的总结和归纳，直面未成年人犯罪预防的现实问题及工作难度，并提出合理有效的应对策略。

| Abstract |
Juveniles are the future successors of socialism. Their growth and development are not only related to the joys and sorrows of a family, but also affect the future development prospects of society and the great rejuvenation of the nation. With the increasing trend of juvenile crime rate year by year, the prevention of juvenile crime will be the focus of social, legal and other related work. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of juvenile delinquency and the current situation of research on the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Through the summary and generalization of the relevant legal service practices in the authors many years of experience as a lawyer, it directly faces the real problems and work difficulties of juvenile crime prevention, and proposes reasonable and effective countermeasures.
