| 摘要 |
本文在女性主义视角对人身安全保护令所存在申请人证据不足、执行效果不佳等问题进行原因检视，探讨了完善人身安全保护令的路径。首先，完善人身安全保护令的证据审查机制，以提高受害者申请保护令的便利性，使其更容易获得实质性保护。其次，建立协作长效机制，加大对家庭暴力的惩处力度，真正预防和制止暴力行为。此外，扩大人身安全保护令的适用范围，关注男性受害者的权益保护。

| Abstract |
This paper examines the causes of problems such as insufficient applicant evidence and poor implementation effect of personal safety protection orders from the perspective of feminism, and explores the paths to improve personal safety protection orders. Firstly, improve the evidence review mechanism for personal safety protection orders to enhance the convenience for victims to apply for protection orders and make it easier for them to obtain substantive protection. Secondly, establish a long-term collaborative mechanism, intensify the punishment for domestic violence, and truly prevent and stop violent behaviors. In addition, expand the scope of application of personal safety protection orders and pay attention to the protection of the rights and interests of male victims.
