| 摘要 |
经济的腾飞离不开技术的日新月异，由于互联网技术的发展，平台经济应运而生。而平台经济的快速发展催生了大量“新就业形态劳动者”，他们在优化供需匹配、促进经济循环方面发挥了重要作用，但其权益保障问题也日益凸显。本文以四川省为例，主要围绕劳动基准方面的内容，分析新业态劳动者权益保障存在的问题及原因，探讨当前立法现状，并提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract |
The economic take-off is inseparable from the rapid development of technology. Due to the development of Internet technology, the platform economy has emerged. The rapid development of the platform economy has spawned a large number of "new employment forms of workers", who have played an important role in optimizing supply and demand matching and promoting economic circulation, but their rights protection issues have also become increasingly prominent. Taking Sichuan Province as an example, this article mainly focuses on the content of labor standards, analyzes the problems and causes of the protection of the rights and interests of new forms of workers, explores the current legislative status, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
