禅与精神分析是分属于东西方的两种智慧，随着全球化的交融，两种思想开始了交流和碰撞，经过一些学者的研究，逐渐发现了两者的共通之处，本文基于前者的研究，阐述了两者的相互影响，以及在二元与不二、价值和目标以及具体实践方面进行了比较。

| Abstract |
Zen and psychoanalysis are two types of wisdom belonging to the East and the West respectively. With the integration of globalization, these two ideas have started to communicate and collide. Through the research of some scholars, their commonalities have gradually been discovered. Based on the previous research, this paper expounds on their mutual influence and makes a comparison in terms of duality and non-duality, values and goals, as well as specific practices.
