【摘要】目的：探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用手术和非手术治疗的临床疗效及对抑郁、焦虑评分的影响。方法：本文将2019年12月至2020年11月收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分组，对照组60例患者主要采用非手术治疗，观察组60例患者主要采用手术治疗，统计分析治疗有效率、Harris评分、治疗前后凝血功能指标、血液相关指标、焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生情况。结果：两组之间治疗有效率、Harris评分相比，观察组较对照组高，P＜0.05；两组治疗后凝血功能指标相比，观察组较对照组高，血液相关指标、焦虑、抑郁评分相比，观察组较对照组低，P＜0.05；两组并发症发生情况相比，观察组较对照组低，P＜0.05。结论：采用手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效优于非手术治疗，可促进骨折部位尽快愈合，改善心理状态，提高患者的髋关节功能，改善凝血功能指标、血液相关指标，降低相关并发症的发生。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical and non-surgical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly and its influence on depression and anxiety scores. Methods: 120 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) Depression score and complications. Results: the effective rate and Harris score of the two groups were higher than those of the control group, P < 0.05; the coagulation function indexes of the two groups were higher than those of the control group, and the blood related indexes, anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05; the complications of the two groups were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the curative effect of surgical treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture is better than that of non-surgical treatment, which can promote the healing of fracture site as soon as possible, improve the psychological state, improve the hip joint function of patients, improve the coagulation function index and blood related index, and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
