阿戈美拉汀对围绝经期抑郁障碍患者内分泌激素、神经递质水平及睡眠质量的影响分析

| 摘要 |
【摘要】探究阿戈美拉汀治疗围绝经期抑郁障碍患者对内分泌激素、神经递质水平及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取我院联合平顶山市第二人民医院2018年3月至2020年5月期间115例围绝经期抑郁障碍患者，根据随机数字表法分组。对照组57例采用帕罗西汀治疗，观察组58例在对照组基础上联合阿戈美拉汀治疗，对比两组患者抑郁控制疗效；内分泌激素水平：卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平；神经递质水平：多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)；睡眠质量：匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分及各因子分。结果：观察组抑郁控制总有效率、E2、DA、NE高于对照组，PSQI评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗前后FSH、LH水平无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：阿戈美拉汀对围绝经期抑郁障碍患者治疗，可显著改善患者神经递质、睡眠质量，提升抑郁控制疗效。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective To explore the effects of agomelatine on the levels of endocrine hormones, neurotransmitters and sleep quality in patients with perimenopausal depression. Methods A total of 115 patients with perimenopausal depression in our hospital combined with Pingdingshan Second Peoples Hospital from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. 57 cases in the control group were treated with paroxetine, and 58 cases in the observation group were treated with agomelatine on the basis of the control group. The efficacy of depression control in the two groups was compared; endocrine hormone levels: follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) ), estradiol (E2) level; neurotransmitter levels: dopamine (DA), norepinephrine (NE); sleep quality: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score and each factor score.Results: The total effective rate of depression control, E2, DA, NE of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of FSH and LH before and after treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of agomelatine in patients with perimenopausal depression can significantly improve the neurotransmitter and sleep quality of patients, and enhance the efficacy of depression control.
