| 摘要 |
网民是互联网舆情传播的核心主体，网民行为则是影响互联网舆情传播趋向的关键因素。当前网民的非理性行为分为情绪宣泄型、道德审判型、利益驱动型、圈层对抗型。文章以农夫山泉舆情事件为例，从传播学视角出发，剖析网络舆情中网民非理性行为的表现、特征以及成因，并探寻网民非理性行为的治理策略，以期为引导网络舆论健康发展提供些许经验。

| Abstract |
Internet users are the core actors in the dissemination of online public opinion, and their behavior is a key factor influencing the direction of online public opinion dissemination. Current irrational behavior among netizens can be categorized as emotional outburst, moral judgment, profit-driven, and social group confrontation. Using the Nongfu Spring incident as an example, this article analyzes the manifestations, characteristics, and causes of irrational behavior in online public opinion from a communication perspective and explores governance strategies for addressing this behavior, hoping to provide insights for guiding the healthy development of online public opinion.
