在企业发展进程中，员工思想政治素质对企业凝聚力与竞争力至关重要。政工工作作为提升员工该素质的关键手段，当前面临诸多新挑战。传统模式难以适应员工思想多元化等现状，亟需创新。本文旨在探索政工工作的创新路径，通过分析现存问题，从理念、方法、机制、载体等方面提出策略，为提升企业员工思想政治素质提供参考，助力企业稳健发展。

| Abstract |
In the process of enterprise development, the ideological and political quality of employees is crucial to the cohesion and competitiveness of the enterprise. Political work, as a key means to enhance this quality, currently faces many new challenges. Traditional models are difficult to adapt to the current situation of diversified employee ideologies, and innovation is urgently needed. This article aims to explore innovative paths for political work, analyze existing problems, and propose strategies from the aspects of concept, method, mechanism, and carrier, providing reference for enhancing the ideological and political quality of enterprise employees and facilitating the steady development of enterprises.
