Modern Social Science Research

This research is based on the perspective of "curriculum ideology" and focuses on the training of judicial administrative police professionals. Based on the fundamental requirements "political construction of the police" and the new challenges posed by the modernization and intelligent transformation of prison work to the political quality, legal thinking and professional ethics of talents, this systematically analyzes the structural dilemmas in the current training model, such as the separation of ideology and major, and the lagging evaluation of teachers. In response to the practical problems as defects in the curriculum system, disconnection between teaching methods, and insufficient support, this research innovatively proposes a systematic construction path: guided by the "trinity" ( quality, legal thinking, and professional ethics) goal system, through the "four-dimensional integration" (curriculum development, teaching methods, practice education, and assessment and evaluation) system, to achieve the deep integration of value shaping and ability training, and to improve the "three-party collaboration" (teachers, resources, and systems) support mechanism. purpose of this research is to provide an effective model for training "absolutely loyal and capable" prison police talents, serving the strategic needs of the construction of the legal system and law team.
