In the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the promotion and advocacy of the "craftsman spirit" is of great significance for cultivating a large number of high-quality skilled talents in China in the new era. As an important base for cultivating high skilled talents in China, vocational colleges have provided a large number of skilled talents for the countrys economic development. This article is based on Huang Yanpeis vocational education philosophy, combined with the hierarchy of needs theory, constructivist learning theory, and cultural traditions and values. Through a survey questionnaire of 2049 students majoring in finance and accounting in more than 30 technical colleges and interviews with 10 finance and accounting teachers, finance and accounting internship guidance teachers, and relevant management personnel, we aim to understand the recognition, supply and demand situation, and training channels of the spirit of craftsmanship among finance and accounting students in technical colleges. Based on this, we explore the reasons for the existing problems and propose suggestions for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in finance and accounting majors in technical colleges.
