| 摘要 |
本研究主要运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等，对新时代高校体育社团发展的内涵进行阐释，探讨其存在的问题并提出改进建议。研究认为：高校学生喜欢参加体育社团活动，对于社团的开展，高校领导和家长保持着开放欢迎的态度，但组织形式以教师个人为主，没有硬性要求开展的种类和数量。建议高校领导要重视并观念转变，成立专门的社团管理机构，拓宽协会经费来源，建立健全考核激励机制，加强各方交流。

| Abstract |
This study mainly uses the method of literature materials and expert interviews to explain the connotation of the development of college sports associations in the new era, explore the existing problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. The research shows that college students like to participate in sports associations, college leaders and parents maintain an open and welcoming attitude towards the development of sports associations, but the organizational form is mainly teachers, and there is no mandatory type and quantity. It is suggested that the leaders of colleges and universities should pay attention to and change their ideas, set up a special association management organization, broaden the source of association funds, establish a sound assessment and incentive mechanism, and strengthen the communication among all parties.
