| 摘要 |
本文基于2011－2021年中国31个省市自治区（不含港澳台）的面板数据，构建面板门槛回归等计量模型，定量地分析数字经济对居民医疗保健消费支出的影响。结果表明，一是数字经济发展对居民医疗保健消费支出具有显著的促进作用，并且数字经济发展对农村居民的医疗保健消费支出的促进作用更大。二是数字经济发展达到一定门限时，其对居民医疗保健消费支出的促进作用存在边际递增现象。

| Abstract |
This paper constructs panel threshold regression and other econometric models based on panel data from 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) between 2011 and 2021, to quantitatively analyze the impact of the digital economy on residents healthcare expenditure. The results show that, first, the development of the digital economy has a significant promoting effect on residents healthcare expenditure, with a greater promoting effect for rural residents. Second, when the development of the digital economy reaches a certain threshold, its promoting effect on residents healthcare expenditure exhibits a marginal increase phenomenon.
