【Abstract】Objective To explore the relationship between the quality of life and mental resilience of postoperative patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age, as well as the related influencing factors of the psychological resilience,Methods Using 113 postoperative cervical cancer patients of childbearing age in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 as object, the quality of life and mental resilience scores were evaluated respectively, collect its basic information and analyzed The mental resilience of patients with this disease, influencing factors and their relationship with the quality of life. Results The postoperative quality of life and mental resilience of the patients were at a low level. Among them, there were statistically significant differences in mental resilience under different circumstances such as the patients family monthly income,cultural length, comorbidities, and metastasis (P<0.05) , The results of multiple linear regression show that the relationship between education level, family monthly income,quality of life and psychological flexibility is positively correlated, and transfer and comorbidities are risk factors for decreased psychological flexibility. Conclusion The monthly family income, educational level, whether the disease has comorbidities, and metastasis of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age can affect their psychological resilience. Therefore, clinically targeted interventions can be carried out to increase psychological resilience and improve their quality of life.
