新型城镇化推进中，片区开发工程复杂度提升，传统咨询模式难以适配多元需求。研究聚焦咨询模式创新，探索其在规划协同、资源整合、风险管控等方面的突破路径。通过剖析现存模式局限，结合新型城镇化要求，构建更具系统性、动态性的咨询框架，为提升片区开发质量与效率提供思路，助力实现城乡融合、可持续发展的城镇化目标。

| Abstract |
As new urbanization advances, the complexity of area development projects has increased, making traditional consulting models inadequate to meet diverse demands. This study focuses on innovative consulting models, exploring breakthrough approaches in planning coordination, resource integration, and risk management. By analyzing limitations of existing models and aligning with new urbanization requirements, we construct a more systematic and dynamic consulting framework. This provides strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of area development, contributing to achieving integrated urban-rural development and sustainable urbanization goals.
