[Abstract] Objective To analyze the anxiety, anesthesia coordination and recovery of children with indirect inguinal hernia surgery anesthesia after the application of multiple interest induction combined with language arousal intervention accompanied by parents. Methods 89 children with indirect inguinal hernia under general anesthesia were divided into groups by coin toss, 44 cases in the routine group were given routine perioperative care, and 45 cases in the multivariate group were given diversified interest induction combined with verbal arousal mode intervention accompanied by parents. Changes in the degree of anesthesia cooperation, anxiety and recovery from anesthesia in the two groups of children after intervention. Results The excellent and good rate of induction of anesthesia in the multivariate group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the scores of ICC, SCAS, PAED, mYPAS, eye opening time and spontaneous breathing recovery time were lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The diversified interest induction combined with verbal arousal mode accompanied by parents can effectively alleviate the anxiety of children undergoing anesthesia for indirect inguinal hernia surgery, improve the coordination of anesthesia, and have a high quality of postoperative recovery.
