| Abstract |
This study focuses on the influencing factors of logistics outsourcing decisions in small and medium manufacturing enterprises. With intensifying market competition, these enterprises increasingly seek logistics outsourcing to optimize resource allocation. The research delves into key factors affecting their logistics outsourcing decisions from dimensions including corporate resources and capabilities, logistics business characteristics, external market environment, and cooperative relationships. Clarifying these factors enables small and medium manufacturing enterprises to make more scientific logistics outsourcing decisions, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, competitiveness, and achieving sustainable development.
