校企合作培养跨境电商直播人才的策略研究

摘要
随着全球化的不断推进,跨境电商在全球范围内发展迅速。近年来,我国政府对跨境电商产业给予了高度重视,推出了一系列政策措施以支持其发展。特别是跨境电商直播行业,作为一个新兴领域,为外语人才带来了机遇与挑战。因此,如何把握这一行业的最新岗位需求,培养适合直播全流程的人才,帮助学生紧跟行业趋势并抓住机遇,成为许多高校英语专业人才培养中不可忽视的重要研究课题。本项目对当前行业的发展现状和英语专业的培养方案进行了综合分析,从多个方面对英语专业学生在进入跨境电商直播市场时的不足进行了分类,并提出了一些建议,以提升跨境电商主播的能力,实现多元化创新。
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of globalization, the cross-border e-commerce industry is developing rapidly on a global scale. In recent years, the Chinese government has attached great importance to the cross-border e-commerce industry and introduced a series of policy measures to support its development. In particular, the cross-border e-commerce live broadcast industry, as an emerging field, has brought opportunities and challenges for foreign language talents. Therefore, how to grasp the latest job demand in this industry, train talents suitable for the whole process of live broadcasting, and help students keep up with the industry trend and seize the opportunity have become an important research topic that cannot be ignored in the training of English majors in many colleges and universities. This project makes a comprehensive analysis of the current development status of the industry and the training program for English majors, classifies the shortcomings of English majors when they enter the cross-border e-commerce live broadcast market from multiple aspects, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the ability of cross-border e-commerce anchors and achieve diversified innovation.
