高校“一站式”学生社区建设在新时代教育改革中具有重要意义，特别是在增强文化自信、促进多元文化融合、提升学生综合素质方面。本文以文化自信为核心视角，分析“一站式”学生社区的建设背景与意义，探讨其在育人功能中的独特优势，提出创新实践路径，以期为高校“一站式”学生社区建设提供理论支持和实践指导。

| Abstract |
The construction of "one-stop" student communities in universities holds significant importance in the context of educational reform in the new era, particularly in enhancing cultural confidence, promoting multicultural integration, and improving students overall quality. This article, with cultural confidence as its core perspective, analyzes the background and significance of building "one-stop" student communities, explores their unique advantages in fostering talent, and proposes innovative practical approaches, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of "one-stop" student communities in universities.
