中介论视角下大学生用英语“讲好中国故事”能力培养模式研究
On the model of cultivating university students ability of "Telling Chinas stories well" in English from the perspective of mediation theory

| 摘要 |
本研究以内蒙古地区某高校161名大学生为研究对象,采用问卷与半结构式访谈,调查大学生对于中国故事的认知、大学生用英语“讲好中国故事”目前存在的主要问题及其影响因素,结果表明①大学生对中国文化故事较为熟悉,对于“讲好中国故事”有着浓厚兴趣,也有向世界传播中华文化的使命感与责任;②大学生“讲好中国故事”面临的主要问题是英语语言能力薄弱、叙事能力不足、中介资源匮乏以及自身信心不足;③从影响因素来看,主要体现在文化知识、语言能力、受众意识、中介资源四个方面。最后,基于中介理论,本研究从事物中介、他者中介与自我话语中介三方面,为大学生用英语“讲好中国故事”能力培养模式提供了几点建议。

| Abstract |
This study took 161 students from a university in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as research subjects and employed the questionnaire and semi-structured interview to investigate their cognition of Chinese stories, the primary challenges they currently face in "telling Chinas stories well" in English, and the influencing factors. The results indicate that: ① university students are relatively familiar with Chinese cultural stories and have a keen interest in "telling Chinas stories well," along with a strong sense of mission and responsibility to introduce Chinese culture to the world; ② the main challenges faced by university students in "telling Chinas stories well" include weak English language proficiency, inadequate narrative skills, a lack of mediation resources, and insufficient self-confidence; ③ in terms of influencing factors, these are mainly reflected in four aspects: cultural knowledge, language ability, audience awareness, and mediation resources. Finally, based on the mediation theory, this study offers some practical suggestions for the model of cultivating university students ability to "tell Chinas stories well" in English from three perspectives: object mediation, other-mediation, and self-discourse mediation.
