摘要
本文探讨了高质量发展和高等教育国际化双重背景下,高校翻译专业教师面临的新挑战与要求。针对当前翻译专业教师国际化水平的不足,提出了内部构建“三阶段、四维度”培养模式,并结合外部政校企协同培养的策略,以提升其国际视野和跨文化交流能力。同时提出,高校应充分利用学科资源和国家政策优势,探索符合教育规律的特色化国际化培养路径,以适应高质量发展的需求。通过实施这些培养模式和策略,有望为高校翻译专业教师的国际化培养提供新的思路和方向,推动翻译教育的创新与发展。
Abstract
This paper explores the new challenges and requirements faced by translation major teachers at universities under the context of high-quality development and the internationalization of higher education. In response to the current shortcomings in the internationalization level of translation major teachers, an internal "three - stage, four - dimension" training model has been proposed. Meanwhile, a strategy of combining external collaborative training by government, universities, and enterprises has been put forward to enhance their international vision and cross-cultural communication abilities. It is also suggested that universities should make full use of their disciplinary resources and national policy advantages to explore a distinctive internationalization-oriented cultivation path that conforms to the laws of education, so as to meet the needs of high-quality development. By implementing these training models and strategies, it is expected to provide new ideas and directions for the internationalization-oriented cultivation of translation major teachers, and promote the innovation and development of translation education.
