| 摘要 |
思政课教师与辅导员是高校开展思想政治教育工作主力军,实现双方协同育人具有可行性与必要性,而现阶段部分高校协同育人工作并不理想。本研究聚焦“一站式”学生社区建设中思政课教师与辅导员协同育人,通过构建“1234”立体化协同育人机制(即树立一个立德树人目标、建立社区双元育人主体、完善三大协同育人机制、依托四个协同路径),破解当前学生社区中思政课教师与辅导员协同育人的顶层设计缺位、平台载体建设滞后、资源保障体系薄弱等现实困境,实现思政课教师与辅导员双向融合、共同成长,为高校落实立德树人根本任务提供新范式。

| Abstract |
Ideological and political course teachers and counselors are the main forces in implementing ideological and political education in higher education institutions. Collaborative education between these two groups is both feasible and necessary. However, current collaborative efforts in some institutions remain suboptimal. This study focuses on the collaboration between ideological and political course teachers and counselors in the context of ‘one-stop’ student community development. By constructing a‘1234’three-dimensional collaborative education mechanism (i.e., one moral education objective, establishing dual community-based education entities, improving three collaborative education mechanisms, and relying on four collaborative pathways), we aim to address the practical challenges in current student communities, such as the absence of top-level design for collaborative education between ideological and political course teachers and counselors, lagging platform development, and weak resource guarantee systems. The proposed framework aims to foster mutual integration and growth between the two groups, providing a new paradigm for higher vocational colleges to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education.
