| 摘要 |
在迈进共同富裕的征程中,职业教育助力中国扩大中等收入群体面临着中等收入群体不稳定、社会贫富差距大的双重挑战。回顾历史,中国职业教育助力中国扩大中等收入群体积累了一定的经验优势:教育公平促进社会稳定、产教融合推动高质量就业、技术赋能推动社会垂直流动、职业技术培训缩小二元劳动市场差距。站在实现共同富裕的时代方位,职业教育应发挥职业教育类型优势,着力发展职业技术培训和终身教育,大力发展乡村职业教育,弘扬崇德善技的职业教育文化,促进中等收入群体实现物质富裕和精神富有,巩固拓展中等收入群体,形成稳定的社会结构。

| Abstract |
On the journey towards common prosperity, vocational education faces dual challenges in helping China expand its middle-income group: instability within the middle-income group and a wide social gap between the rich and the poor. Looking back on history, Chinas vocational education has accumulated certain experiential advantages in expanding the middle-income group: promoting social stability through educational equity, driving high-quality employment through the integration of industry and education, facilitating social vertical mobility through technology empowerment, and narrowing the gap between dual labor markets through vocational and technical training. In the era of striving for common prosperity, vocational education should leverage its unique advantages, focus on developing vocational and technical training and lifelong education, vigorously develop rural vocational education, promote a vocational education culture that values morality and skills, and promote the material and spiritual prosperity of the middle-income group. These efforts will consolidate and expand the middle-income group, contributing to a stable social structure.
