| 摘要 |
在新时代职业教育发展背景下,如何培养适应社会需求的高素质技术技能人才,已成为中职教育亟待解决的重要课题。中职建筑专业作为培养建筑行业技术骨干的关键领域,面临着理论与实践、技能与证书之间的有效衔接问题。“岗课赛证”融通机制作为一种创新型的人才培养模式,以岗位需求为导向,通过课程与实践的紧密结合,促进学生在实际操作中获得技能认证,实现理论知识、实践能力与职业证书的统一。本文主要通过分析“岗课赛证”融通机制的内涵与实施路径,探讨该机制在中职建筑专业人才培养中的应用效果,及其对提升学生综合素质和就业竞争力的积极作用,为中职教育改革提供理论支持和实践指导。

| Abstract |
Under the background of the development of vocational education in the new era, how to train high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of society has become an important issue to be solved urgently in secondary vocational education. As a key field to cultivate the technical backbone of the construction industry, secondary vocational architecture is faced with the problem of effective connection between theory and practice, skills and certificates. As an innovative talent training mode, the integration mechanism of "Post course Competition Certificate" is oriented to post needs, and through the close combination of curriculum and practice, it promotes students to obtain skill certification in actual operation, and realizes the unification of theoretical knowledge, practical ability and vocational certificate. This paper mainly analyzes the connotation and implementation path of the "post course competition certificate" integration mechanism, discusses the application effect of this mechanism in the training of secondary vocational construction professionals, and its positive role in improving students comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of secondary vocational education.
