场域理论视角下成人高校青年教师专业发展的路径探究

| 摘要 |
青年教师是师资队伍的后备力量,是学校教学和科研工作的主力军、生力军。由于学校场域的复杂性、文化资本的竞争性、教师惯习的被动性,其专业发展面临着不少困境。立足场域理论的解释力视角,从交互耦合,构建专业发展的场域;增值赋能,提供丰富的文化资本;积累资本,提升信息化教学素养;打破惯习,树立终身学习的理念;合作学习,营造良性竞争的氛围五个维度探寻成人高校青年教师专业发展的成长路径。

| Abstract |
Young teachers are the reserve force of the teaching staff and the main force of teaching and research work in adult college. Due to the complexity of the school field, the competitiveness of cultural capital, and the passive nature of teacher habitus, the professional development of young teachers is facing many challenges. Based on Bourdieus field theory, we explore the effective strategies to solve the professional development dilemma from five dimensions. Firstly, we should construct a field for professional development through interactive coupling; Secondly, we need to add value and empower the ability for young teachers, and provide rich cultural capital; Thirdly, young teachers should accumulate capital and enhance the literacy of information-based teaching; Fourth, young teachers need to break the habitus and establish the concept of lifelong learning; Last but not least, we should create a healthy competitive atmosphere through cooperative learning.
