摘要
本研究聚焦高职院校财务管理课程思政教学评价指标体系构建。鉴于思政教学在高职教育中的重要性,以及科学评价体系对其开展的支撑作用,研究梳理国内外成果,引入 CIPP 模型。通过剖析该模型四个维度,结合教学现状,构建针对性评价体系,运用德尔菲法筛选指标、层次分析法确定权重。最终呈现基于 CIPP 模型的评价结果,为提升教学质量奠定基础。
Abstract
This study focuses on the construction of the ideological and political teaching evaluation index system for the financial management course in higher vocational colleges. In view of the importance of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational education and the supporting role of a scientific evaluation system for its implementation, the study reviews domestic and foreign research achievements and introduces the CIPP model. By analyzing the four dimensions of this model and combining it with the current teaching situation, a targeted evaluation system is constructed. The Delphi method is used to screen the indicators, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to determine the weights. Finally, the evaluation results based on the CIPP model are presented, laying a foundation for improving the teaching quality.
