本文探讨了高科技产业的发展趋势及其对经济的深远影响，强调了新质力在产业经济学中的定义和重要性。新质力，作为新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心，以创新为主导，推动产业结构优化升级。为适应新质力的发展，教学改革显得尤为必要，其目标在于更新课程内容、提升教学方法，并建立有效的评估机制，以培养能够适应未来经济发展的高素质人才。研究结果表明，教学改革应整合最新理论、数字化工具和全球市场动态，以提升学生的创新力和以具适应、积累具竞争能力的人力资本附加价值。

| Abstract |
This paper delves into the development trends of high-tech industries and their profound economic impacts, highlighting the definition and significance of new quality forces within industrial economics. New quality forces, central to the new technological revolution and industrial transformation, innovation-led, drive industrial upgrading. To accommodate this evolution, teaching reform is imperative, aiming to update course content, enhance teaching methods, and establish effective evaluation mechanisms, thus cultivating high-quality talents for future economic development. The study indicates that teaching reform should integrate the latest theories, digital tools, and global market dynamics to boost students innovation capabilities and the added value of competitive human capital with adaptability and competitiveness.
