近十年我国教师数字胜任力的研究热点与发展趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要
随着教育数字化战略深入推进,教师的数字胜任力越发受到关注。本文对近十年中国知网数据库中关于教师数字胜任力的文献进行了检索整理,并运用CiteSpace数据分析可视化软件绘制表格与可视化图谱,将数据分析与文献具体内容相结合进行分析。研究发现:我国围绕教师数字胜任力的发文数量不断攀升,研究热点主要集中于教师数字胜任力的评价分析、教师数字胜任力的现状研究、教师数字胜任力的发展探索,演变趋势体现覆盖学段不断延伸、从理论向实践跨越等特点,发展前沿则聚焦于人工智能赋能教育人才培养、国际比较提供先进经验借鉴等角度。据此,未来研究应平衡关注不同学段教师群体、着重考量细分群体的不同特点、采用多元方法深入研究挖掘。
Abstract
As the Digital Education Strategy progresses further, the digital competency of teachers has garnered increasing attention. This paper retrieves and organizes literature on teachers digital competence from CNKI database spanning the past decade. Utilizing CiteSpace data analysis visualization software to draw tables and visualization graphs, combining with specific content of literature for analysis. The research reveals that the number of publications on teachers digital competence in China has been steadily rising, with research hot-spots primarily centering on the evaluation and analysis of teachers digital competence, the current state of teachers digital competence, and the exploration on the development of teachers digital competence. The evolutionary trend demonstrates features such as the continual expansion of the academic stages covered and the transition from theory to practice. The frontier of development focuses on areas like artificial intelligence empowering education and talent cultivation, as well as international comparisons providing advanced experiences for reference. Based on these findings, future research should strive to balance attention across different teacher groups at various educational stages, consider the distinct characteristics of segmented groups, and adopt diversified methodologies for in-depth exploration and research.
